Who we are

PitReels is run by the company’s legal name and address.

Your account

• You must be at least the minimum age to join.
• Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what’s done with your account.
• One person, one account, with details that are true.

What you share

• What you upload stays yours.
• You confirm you recorded it yourself and have the right to share it.
• You give PitReels permission to store it, make the versions it needs, and show it to anyone on PitReels, for as long as it’s here. the exact licence wording
• It has to follow the community rules.

What we can do

• Check uploads before they go live, turn them down, or take them down, and tell you why.
• Suspend an account that breaks these terms or the rules.
• Follow the process on the copyright page when a rights holder sends a notice.

Leaving

You can delete a photo or video from its page, and your account from Settings. Your account goes after 30 days unless you sign in first. The privacy policy says what stays and for how long.
